4. Refund Policy
- We offer a 7-day refund window for all new purchases, no questions asked.
- Refunds are not applicable for renewals, upgrades, or custom modifications.

5. Software Updates
- All plugin purchases come with 1 year of updates and support from the date of purchase.
- You can renew your license after the expiry date to continue receiving updates and support.
6. Support Policy
- Support is offered only to licensed users with an active subscription.
- Support is limited to plugin installation, usage guidance, and bug fixes.
- We do not provide support for third-party conflicts, custom development, or WordPress core issues.
7. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SacredWP account.
- Sharing your license key or login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without notice.
8. Plugin Modifications
- You are free to modify plugin code for personal use.
- However, SacredWP is not responsible for any issues arising from such modifications and support will not cover them.
9. Intellectual Property
- All plugins, code, branding, content, and design elements on SacredWP.com are the intellectual property of SacredWP.
- Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
- SacredWP shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our plugins.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the plugin in question.
